That is a good approach to go and advicing Youngsters. I am fed up with Our Indian Citizens as we are behaving that the men is not computer to run as we say. Dont make them tense. i will ask u one question my dear friends. If your boss & parents orders and pressures alot of workload. what u will do. you scold them. i think your attitude is completely wrong. wo bhi insaan hai yaroon. woh log India ke liye khelte hai aur unki zindagi bhi bahoot ehmiyat hai. let them enjoy. that is part of BCCI role. why r u worrying about them & talking about there earnings. if you have guts, then go and join the cricket camps. All are very good. let them play the game. WIN or Loss is part of the game. see Australia board is strong with there players, they wont depend on players. they depend on mission on each and every part of game. Game should not be compared with player earnings.

i cnt understand y everyobe is against him? he is the best coach the only pproblem is with pur player i think they forget how to perform becouz they knows tht they are going to get money whether they score or not.dont blame him plz
