Robin is budding cricketer and need to be given more chances as a opener in place of Shewag!!! He surely deserves a place in Team India. He has proved himself in the domestic circuit this time with back to back centuries against TN and Saurastra with brisk century.
Uthappa scored a hundred in his first ODI and later on was dropped for useless Sewag and Sachin. He is the kind of guy Indian team needs to open in the world cup. He deserves a place.

Uthappa should be allowed to play the one day series against West Indies and if he outperforms his more famous peers, then should definitely be picked for the World Cup.We need Uthappa and the other fringe players to really push the seniors so that they don't take their places for granted.

I 200% agree with Mohan K. Sehwag must be replaced by Uthappa. He is a very good hitter.
