sports has nothing to do with peace! if u want peace go do some yoga! sports is about intimidating ur opponent and conquering him. according to science/psychology dark colors bring an advantage to a player over his light-color wearing opponent. its a fact!!
and what the hell does looking fair has to do with anything? what's the deal with Indians and this fair-complexion mania? get a life!
I like 1&2 design and instead of the dark colour try it on lighter colour. Also, I am not a textile designer but I have send some of my designs to rediff and I hope they will share with others as well.
Fgt the clothes.. if needed play naked with a "guard" ofcourse.. but play...... u are going for playing.. not for showing off clothes.. by the way.. where are the desing for the trousers.. are they gonna play without them!!!
I agree with other readers that 1992 WC t-shirts were really nice. Although, I must admit, I also loved the jersies we had for England WC in 1999 (if I am not mistaken).
The current light blue colours look like we tell the other team "Aye! we come for peace!". The old dark blue colours are intense and awesome. I'm dead sure that a fair vote will favour this design over the light blue.
hey, i dont think there is any point in sharing ur designs here or commenting on them either. even if u were to sent them to nike or bcci, i think they would end up with trash. but i really did ur designs, they're so much better than the ones team india will be wearing for the WC. (though i personally like design#3, any of these designs will kick the nike-design's ass. if we had let our enemies design a jersey for us they would've done a better job than nike!)
