where are the women rights group, all the morchas about equality of women, for the paltry sum of 10000, its still a mans world. eqality and similarity are two different sides of the same coin .
Just 10,000 Rs for woman of the match !! that is cheap! I don't believe they are playing for this less at international level! Damn, Ladies ask for more.

Well... if guys like you and me bother to watch these matches then they will automatically get paid more. :)... don't blame them, we are the ones to be blamed...

yes it depends on how many viewers they get. but still the govt should encourage these players & pay 4 or 5 times more than that. they can get corporate sponsers to do this out of goodwill without expecting publicity (since the turnout is low for these matches). its incredible for a woman to make it to India team & be a woman of the match against australia. the men have hardly ever achived that distinction. getting just 10,000 for that is pathetic.
