So what if he fails ??
by Phaedrus Zen on Feb 20, 2007 07:58 PM

What if Pathan gets flayed for 55 rusn in his 10 overs ?He will still tour the WI ..most probably like a baggage ..will not get any games and still getrs to rake in the moolah!
In his place, Ranadeb Bose would have been an excellent option. Other than that, I couldnt even think of any other player who can replace Irfan, given his form and all too !!

What about wrong grip?
by Ameer Tamboli on Feb 20, 2007 12:52 AM

Many people including Wasim Akram were talking about his wrong grip. Now everybody is talking about his form and injury. Did he really rectify this technical problem?

he is just going to play ONE match...if gets wickets he will be back with confidence...the only thing he is missing right now...

He has to come good in world cup...very crucial for team's sucess..

Non-Cricketers Controlling Indian Cricket

This appears to be the decision of power-mongers in the BCCI, especially Niranjan Shah. I wonder how much Mr. Shah has played in his life to be making so many statements regarding cricketer's abilities.

Wrong decision

This is really a very foolish decision to play Pathan in deodhar trophy. He suppose to play a key role in World Cup series then how can u exhaust a key player like him and how can u take risk with an injured palyer. There is also so many options to prove his fitness............

Deodhar is a one-day game. Now tell me how can one get exhausted by playing just one one-day game. FYI in the past 2 series he played in only one match and had enogh rest(courtesy of his injury though) When you write something be little sensible

I am not an indian fan, but I did find this very foolish. I hope Pathan will be back in his form.
Good luck
