Pls dont degrade aussies team as B-grade team. They lost 3 matches against england with full team in their own Den, some of here telling that was a Fluke...:)) and in NZ, 337 to chase is a huge task to any team under any conditions. Aussies doesnt have Brett Lee in their Bowling Attack does it mean it is b-grade team.. The Great Mr. McGrath who cant even take 1 wicket in 2 matches and went around 90 runs in 2 matches.. and the remaining bowling Bracken, Johnson, watson, Tait are regular bowlers from last 1 year with rotation process. Pls accept the defeat rather than defending... I still believe that Aussies can come back strong..
But for WC all teams have same chance.. no one is Favorite now.. this is good for cricket and love to watch interesting game rather than one-sided game..
After WC when McGrath also retires.. then it will be a real problem for Aussies.. to replace Warne, Martyn, Langer and McGrath

Why did they call u up and tell ya they will be back after the world cup ,lol ,dam so much of insecurity created by the aussies here.Why is it so tough to accept they a killer team.Even the NZ coach said u need a nuclear bomb to dent the aussie confidence.

For Hussey what can any one say I think he is far better then Bevan becos he not only fight till the end but also he got the range of shots which Bevan don't have !!!!

I will not go into the stats because I believe in Sidhu's words that they r like bikini which reveal more then hide....!!! I believe in players ability to finish matches !!!!
Indian wicketkeeper MS Dhoni is really a tremendous talent like Hussy, Don't u think India or it will be bit exaggerated comment that subcontinent has find this kind of natural talent only after Imran, Wasim Akram, Kapil dev or Tendulkar..???? I know it is too erly to compare him with these legends but I have a gut feeling that he deserve that comparison because he is that better player !! isn't it !!
If u go into the stats I know only one stats that in one day batting ratting(since it started), no player(exept Tendulkar) reach the milestone of No. 1 spot in that short time. He still hang on there in top three positions!!!
His match finishing abilities and confidence In himself is amazing and it's more amazing to see Indian and Australian teams relying on both these newcomers as if they r seasoned one!! It shows the ability of these players!!!
I think this kind of players comes in centuries!!!

Yeah he's right ... Hussey's got an average of 69.04 in ODIs which is very very good.
Oops, forgot to mention that he bats lower down the order and in his 47 innings, got 1726 runs where 22 times he was not out.
I think its pretty rich to compare Hussey and Dhoni to Imran, Wasim Akram, Kapil Dev & Tendulkar. I don't think its fair that a guy who's not scored even 2000 runs can be put in the same league as the Imran, Wasim, etc.
And by the way, Hussey's almost 32 years of age, not exactly what you call 'young talent'. And of Mark, Steve & Bevan keeping him out, always remember that the Aussies were on top with those three playing. Don't think you ever watched Bevan finishing games.
C'mon guys, Hussey's good, but he's not that good!

Although they have lost some of their One days but they are still on top.They are the No.1 team.Ithink the defeat is very necessary for them to come really very hard in World Cup series..But one should really have the taste of defeat.They have treated with their own medicine..

On any given day, you are only as good as the team you can field. Also, with respect to bowling, just because Brett Lee was missing does it mean that the Australian bowling attack is worthless.
In the past two years, new records have been created for the highest and second highest run chases and Aussies are the ones who have been hit for the proverbial six. Doesn't this give you a clue???
Truth is that Australia are nowhere close to the team that was put out in the last two world cups. You can't expect to replace a Shane Warne. God may help the Aussies once McGrath retires!
