Falling down in icc ratings by team australia ?
by Ramakrishna Mungamooru on Feb 17, 2007 11:56 AM  | Hide replies

Oh! may not be happening in the present. They always fight to retain top position. They may be earning less points but stands second to none. You know, at present many of the coaches of the cricket playing countries are from australia and that shows as to how they are professinally advanced in this game. Of course, if any other team reach the top, thay may be again due to the coaches and perhaps they may be one of the coaches from australia. Then it is aussies vs couaches(from australia). Is it not so till date or in near future ??!!

They should lose.

I wish to see they have to play ICC qualifiers to gain international recognition again, and the days are not far for a team dancing with pride, head weight, sledging and all the show off stuff. The days are not far off, no matter how better you are, you have a lean pit fall always.

What's so great

What's so great in NZ winning this match with an Australia B team ? Many of their star players were rested. My money for this worldcup would still be on Australia. What a balanced team !

Its so boring to see australia bullying all other coutries for a decade or so.. If i am not wrong this is the right time to push them back from the list and dent their confidence before world cup.

wow winning is suddenly becoming bullying ,what poor sports we can be ,how hard is it to admit a team is good and play well and no one sees the hard work the aussies put in.

itz not arrogance. Itz the Oz way of playing a sport...be it cricket/rugby/tennis Swimming anything..they have aggression. We call it arrogance and end up as tame players...the world of sport has no room for softness.

hey, when aussies does the sledging, its the way they play sport. take it in the right spirit. but when anyone else does it to them , its allways, bringing bad reputation to the game, so you would be better off with 50% fine in your match fee. cut these crap guys. be brave to say the truth. aussies doesnt like or allow others to sledge them and when they gets it they are furious and fuming, telling loads of compliants. agreed they hav a very gud side and the recent setbacks are not indicative of anything catastrouphic to come. but they are ill at ease when something is thrown at them what they having been throwing at others for years.

Aussies are not police men to decide who should sledge and not sledge ,they are a team with finesse and sledging happens in most sports its the heat of the moment ,if they were so bad players wudnt shake hands with each other after the game and beside all the other teams wud protest against the Aussie behavior ,why are they not complaining, they smart enough .lets face it we just look excuses to put the Aussies down ,they a treat team and will come back.
