Yes, Kenyan cricket is as good as any other Test playing cricket teams in the world. But still they are not getting good compensation for that!!.. $65 to $90 is much less compared to our Indian players, who are bagging in lakhs of rupees.
I think, BCCI (richest Board among cricket playing nations) should help such teams to overcome the financial situations.
