why the havent included LOYCE,he is such a gr8 batsman, and can hit sweep six to any bowler, i love to see him in the team.michal vaghan is not fit, and should be replace with Loyce, and HOWGARD, TRESCOTIC IS ALSO MISSING. VERY POOR TEAM, I HOPE THEY WILL GIVE THE BEST.
The bowling still would be a concern b'cos of inexpereince. what happened to Hoggard,Harmison,Simon Jones etc... Thought those guys would be recalled to stregthen it!

just look at the record of Hoggard in one day cricket...... he never performed in one day game format thats why he is not in team.

Not sure about Hoggard. But definetly Harmison should not be included by the way he played in Australia. But I think Simon Jones would definetly be a better choice than Sajid.

Steve Harmison took retirement from One Day Cricket. Thats why he is not in team. Simon Jones is better but he haven't played much cricket recentlyand lacks Match practice.
English selectors have broken lots of conventions while selecting this squad by giving chance to lot of young players.....
They have strenghtened their middle and lower batting order by including Ravi Bopara and retaining Paul Nixon. Even Sajid also plays very well with the bat...
in this squard no trescothik, he is good batsman, so he must back to team, to campare vaughn, tresckothik is a good batsman, and plz give the captainzip to flintof.

trescothick has returned twice from the last two tours.. citing personal reasons he is struggling with.. at this junture including him would only create uncertainity in the team its approach
