it doesnot maater who have got better stats ,results u r required. you tell how many times made India Win single handedly

And why should he win single handedly?? This is a team game he makes huge contribution and the team has to make some and only then we win. So it is not his fault if India cant win in spite of him. He tries and gives the most. He won many single handedly only that you guys want more and more from a human being and he is not able to live to your expectatios. Ponting and others just relish the richs in the team. Sachin has no such luxury he carried the team so long now he himself has bruises all over him. Give respect to the man who has contributed not just to India but to the whol eworld of cricket more then anybdoy else.

Note that Sachin has played 33 matches while Sourav has played 18 and Dravid has played 19. Also Dravid has better average of 64.91 against Schin's 59.4. So Sachin is one of the best.
There is totalling mistake under the head 'Results for each Country: ' See the details below - Mts - Shown as 252 - but actual total is 504 Won - Correct Lost - Correct Tied - Shown as 2 - but actual total is 4 NR - Shown as 6 - but actual total is 12

Hi whenever two sides play a match, the same is shown as each team played one match that does not mean actually two matches are played so the total of the matches eventhough is 504, the actual matches would be 252. hope you get the answer nos

It is not wrong.... eg. there is a match played between India and SL. Now both will show 1 match each in their "Matches played" column. Now we won't add these two and say the total matches played are 2. Got it?
We performed the unexpected in 1983 when the least was expected of us.Ever since, the expectation has been sky high and we've failed to deliver. If you look at the win in 83, it was mainly due to the utility players and the exemplary team spirit. We lack neither of that this time and an early exit cannot be avoided.

i think to add, in 1983 world cup, indian player didn't drop a singhle catch.... amazing....isn't so that is also a major factor.
It only show how Tendulkar is important for India to regain the World cup.. His record show that how much talented he is. Regarding the lst match he played very well..But rest has to be done by remaining players. I dont know why people think that if Tendulkar had played played completely we could have one the match.. As per me it is not individula game... to win a match every one has to perform....So dont blame nay single person for lossing the match....
there has always been criticism about tendulkar that he has not performed at the required stages See this statistics he has performed well in all the world cups

Mr. Balaji, better mind your comments. Sachin is the best player, you cannot take examples of his failures and conclude that he is poor performer. You better check his success stories which is far better than his failures. Dont expect him to perform in every match he plays.
