The Indian Police jumps into every thing which has no importance from security angle. Yes the player spoke to bookie and provided him some information about his team. Does it mean fixing. He told what players tell to media in interviews. And did police tell the WI players in advance that the phones can be tapped. Indian agents have in the past been contacting players to get some ideas but alleging a player of a fixing is totally different. Probably Nagpur

Hey Vinit,
You must stop commenting like that, indian police is not a fool to blame anyone...you must know this before writing anything...they might be having strong evidence to prove.... just wait and see..
Marlon Samuels is Moron Samuels!. If he is friend of this alleged bookie for 6 years then this cricketer is more dangerous, he is not new to this business!
RE:My son and Kochar are friends for over six years - Surprising!

It is 100% Marlon Nathaniel Samuels please dont try to chnage the name of person.
We Indians are good at blowing everything out of proportion. The police or BCCI should have never leaked this until they have the evidence to establish that Kochar is an active bookie and if there was any kind of match fixing, not just because Samuels called him. Before you point fingers can you establish that the call wasnt just a casual one? Anyways, what kind of information would he have passed in the game of cricket that would hamper their winning chances? And Kochar is not there playing on the field. Who is the contact then, in the Indian side to pass the valuable information that he bought? I just dont see a case. Dont make it an issue.....and guys who are already jumping at the Indian team for winning.....cool down!

Dude..Good lateral thinking!!
lets extend your logic. Do you know something? Till date all actors(aishwarya,...etc),players including cricketers(shastri, ganguly,...etc) whoever has got cricket cars as gifts abroad have all been waived off the 200% excise duty. I am sure you all dont want to know that cause you only want to single out sachin. (also in case of Sachin duty didn't actually get waived, it was boire by Ferrari, unlike earlier cases. Also dude, just so as you know indian law has a provison of waiving duties in situations like this.So if sachine uses this provison he not breaking law or ethics.) Thats besides point, So then coming back to your logic, everyone could be a match fixer!?! If they can 'fix' a car they can 'fix' a match too.
I dont know whether sachin fixes matches or not, but the premise is utter baseless...

@Prashant Yewle, it doesn't look like u know even abcd of cricket.. so beeter keep ur mouth shut and leave this matter for others. Your logic that just becoz warne, waugh(mark) and akram were playing in the same era.. Sachin is a match fixer!!! I can't stop laughing =)) =)) =)).... and dude it wasn't exactly an imported car.. but was a gift from ferrari to an Indian Cricketer for his achievments which made our Country proud. And hence taxes should have been waived.. neway this is a debatable issue.. but certainely this can not be the reason that a person will fix the match.. unless he thinks like the way u do!!!
