I really wonder, what made selectors bring back Sehwag into the present scheme of things? He does not deserve a place at all in the team on his current for. Talking about the past is of no use. His presence in the playing eleven at the cost of an in-form fresh talent will only ruin the youngster's career. This is not the way to treat and nurture any budding and upcoming talent. Sehwag had enough of his chances already. It's time, he's given the axe.
Even Yuvraj seems to be unfit and I beg selectors to choose the 15 who're in-form, fit and whose fitness would last throughout the tour. Let's do away with the Pathans, Sehwags and Munafs please. (Even, Yuvraj too if he's not fully fit). We're not taking them on a jolly picnic. Our nation's pride is at stake. Would my request reach the ears of the selectors at all?????????????
Rahul dravid needs only 27 runs to join 10,000 runs club in ODI, Its very proud for all indians to see this total 3 places for india out of 6 in 10,000 runs club and also the highest runs form sachin at top place. All the best for dravid. Its very tough to reach any country in this competition.
I think that India stands a very good chance of atleast getting into the Semi Finals of the world cup. The other teams i expect to reach the SF stage are AUS WI South Africa / Srilanka.
The other teams seem to be below par at the moment, and on form these are the top contenders for the WC.
Remove any doubtful starter. You have substitutes recognised by the CEAT. This is the time to give them chance. It would be nice to see Manoj fluently driving and Ranadev taking wickets. Give them a chance. Let Kolkata dance.

U hv to have 2 spinner on indian soil. More with this combination, we hv 11 batsman in the team. No doubt, tail enders are not good on paper but they hv also shown karisham some time in past....

No Kumble please. Your dream team, my dream team...whatever, but Indian team can't win the WC. But we will go to second round with SLanka because the other two teams are Bangladesh and Bermuda. But still....All the best guys.

Youvraj is the best in pressure situations and can finish the game or accelarate the rin rate in the company of big hitters like Dhoni and pathan. If Agarkar and co are able to contribute 30 runs ,it is a bonus. Coming to bowling department Zaheer and Sreeshant should open .Pathan and agarkar can support them.Kumble,shewag and sachin should control the middle overs and can use them at any situation.Not forgetting ganguly and youvraj.
With the composition we have a fair chance to reach atleast at the semifinal. Fielding and keeping ,forget about it

and dinesh karthik should also be included in some matches, he too, performs well. Rest team is presently doing well.
