Aus is successful coz they have professionalism and consistency, they knw wht they r doing n when they r doing.
Coach told in advance when he will leave so tht they have time for selection, n transistion would b smooth, not like in India where u fire a coach n then hire any1 who is out of cricket for a long long time.
Till there is no professionalism in India cricket forget abt any WORLD CUP win.

challenges? what challenges? ok dude, right now you think you are just being nice to the new guy.
What you don't realise yet is that its all about to change soon, sooner than you think - acutally right here in this world cup when you get knocked out in the super 8 and don't make it to the semis.
Have fun while you can, mate, bcos for every day there is a night and you are at dusk and are oblivious to it!

Where will he coach the Indian team from? From the jail for half the year? Or will the entire Indian team go to Jail to take the coaching?
We do not need a new coach , we need a clean selection board who are not pressurised by the politicians of the likes of sharad pawar and co who are clueless about the game

I think we should go for Venkatesh Prasad. In that way all we can expect from our team is mediocrity and things won't worsen for them.
So any level of performance will be treated above par.
