he was batting in the nets an hour ago, he also took part in the fielding drills. Pankaj Singh looked good in the nets, pretty sharp. there was a club bowler of Indian origin, probably still a teenager, who was quicker than all the Indian bowlers.
if 7 batsman cant cross 150 n 200 in both the innings, it is no use taking seventh batsman n particularly when the same r like useless yuv n dhoni. if 7 batsman can score 150 then six bat wud nt score less than 140(!).
look at the ausi bolrs generating good pace. as v dont hv genuine pacer, v need one of those ishant or pankaj as fifth bolr, merely for using their height to generate bounce from the wkt, that may trouble ausi. both having ht. of 6 and half ft.
when team of 16 is selected for the tour with 2 out of form openers like sehwag n karthik. the capt himself is afraid of taking either of them in the first test, n forcing middle order bat like dravid to open; implying that the 2 openers were selected thru some pressure n not for cricketing reasons. the team is jeopardised by these 2 on whom capt has no faith.
SOURAV GANGULY is a big gutsy fighter in cricket who has made the year his own with a comeback post chappell coaching era 2007 but his getting out in 40s belies his talent for he is a sad character to be shot out for low scores and failed to convert the 40s to 100s and 200s.Cricket is a game of chance. Its not fitness but competence he has in plenty. His fitness maybe doubtful not due to fast pitches in Australia because he has guts like a Jimmy Amarnath and Sunil Gavaskar but Rahul The Wall Dravid has turned up these days emulating administrative manager Chetan Chauhan in slow batting.

Stop this nonsensical post. Ganguly was ill even during the 2nd innings of the 1st test when he came on to bat. At that no one knew what the Sydney pitch would be like.Don't make personal attacks on someone just because you dont like his game. Just try to comments on the merits of the game. You cant fake the illness for so many days

In the given conditions Dravid should pose to be sick not Ganguly who is consistently performing the best in every match! Though you seem to have the same chronic sickness most South Indians have to speak ill about the performers of other regions and highlight the non-performance of your own people as great performances and get yourself the name of 'Universal Jokers' you lungiwallahs!

He had already unjustified your points....look at the first test....you guys would like to look at the class player who make 12 in 96 balls or 5 in 114 balls or 0 in 1000balls-the great wall of faliures
