Ya outstanding record against Aussies when it doesnt matter, look at his record against them in WCUPs,its pathetic....Sachin when he opens his mouth has always talked nonsense, like his challenge to Hogg and once to Panesar(which wouldve been branded Arrogant if a Aussies talked that way); So what mr Sachin Shot selection isnt important when u tour South Africa or Srilanka or anywhere else?

mf raman, dravid is a snail.and dont talk nonsense over here.have you ever held a bat,you fu...k..er.and dont spread lies over here.you will always have to live with the fact that you are a loser.so.stop this attacking gimmick when you have produced the great snail(dravid).

What do you think when ever he goes out to bat you expect 100 and 200 all the time? if so there won't be anything left for the rest of the players

Enough man, people think commenting Sachin is great thing (fashion), be construtive don't criticise what ever he says.
Sachin Tendulkar topped Shane Warne's countdown of greatest cricketers edging out Brian Lara, who was placed second. Curtly Ambrose, Allan Border and Glenn McGrath rounded out the top five in Warne's Times column.
Warne rated Tendulkar ahead of Lara on account of his mental toughness and hailed him as a "great player and a great man". He wrote, "Outside grounds [in India], people wait until he [Tendulkar] goes in before paying to enter. They seem to want a wicket to fall even though it is their own side that will suffer ... He [Tendulkar] grew up under incredible weight of expectation and never buckled once - not under poor umpiring decisions or anything else."
It's easy to say "Shot selection crucial in Aus". After playing for almost 18 yrs in your life, How did you get out in the Warm Up game against Victoria? Where did your Shot Selection mantra went then?
All the talent that you're gifted Sachin, wish you had bit more in your head too..

Mature Stud, are you in your mind or what? Sachin never said not to play shots. Read it carefully (if you can understand). He told to curtail some shots in the initial overs and the one he got out to in the warm up is not part of that. It (getting out in the warm up) has nothing to do with what he said. It seems that you are one of those who want to criticize Sachin at every opportunity. Perhaps you never played serious cricket to understand what it takes to be successful

aussies are cheats.tendulkar, has been given out wrongly by aussie umpires many times in australia when he was in his peak.also injuries played their part in curtailing him.he under achieved because of injuries.but,he still is a great player.

India, a failed state? freedom movement in Tamilnadu? haha....Ignorant paki, you have proven why YOU are a failed state
Lee, Johnson and Tait will dominate the series! No matter how much the slow wicket these three will hit, knock and blow the head of the Indian batsman out. Only Rahul has a technique to cope up with this lively and real pace! On previous tours Indian's just have to face Lee but this time round they have to face two other lees(Tait and Johnson). Tendulkar reflexes are not as quick as before to face the real THENDERBOLTS! HARD LUCK FOR INDIA THIS TIME! GOOD LUCK GARBAGE GANGUUUULY!

Aussies think their main weapon is pace. Once that is blunted, the reality will set in. They dont have warne or the incomparable Mcrath to given them the wickets upfront.
I am looking forward to Sewag taking guard against Lee and Tait or whoever. Lee is exhibiting fine line and length. However, if they couldnt get Sewag within the first five overs, look out. Sewag should focus on getting tot he other end as quickly as possible for the first five overs. Then let it dawn on the Aussies, he is still there.
