1. There should be a match referee(of neutral team). 2. All matches video recorded and examined the decisions. 3.If foul play is found, umpires should be banned for life. 4.Consistent supervision of pitch by BCCI officials.
Yes, the investigation should be done, with footage of match. There is chance that the match is docked with the help of umpires. Thats apart, If the matches to be played at neutral venue, is implemented, then the big question is Who will come to see the match. Anyway now a days atleast 50 spectators from home team come to watch Ranaji matches. Playing Ranaji matches, at Neutral Venue, means the match being played Virtually among 22 players, 2 umpires, 10 support staff, and 5 BCCI officials. Its becoming farce.

Yes, the Umpire's are paid off for doing corruption, there is every possibility to believe that.
If we take the words of Mr. Behera, and its proven true, then we would be around another controversy of Match fixing thorugh Umpires... Wow what a mastermind... I would appeal nd u give out.. the maximum appeals upheld the more money.. huh... thtsy the state of Umpiring in India is very poor... thus making it no Umps in ICC Elite Panel...

Yes, so you got why this year India dont have a single Umpire in ICC Elite Panel of Umpires. Also the capability of Bucknor & Hair etc. in that ICC panel, is questionable. So Umpires are new breed of Corruption.
