Yes I think this is purely pitch tampering by punjab team to avoid to go to plate group in next year. jUST SIMPLY IT IS CHEATING.

was it field tampering..when sri lanka scored 499 in its 1st innings and england got shot out for 81.. nice mentality u ppl got.. keep it up
