say... Umpire has raised fingure when Ganguly was batting. or Ganguly returned to pavalion or Wise got wicket but it was not Dravid or Midwicket fielder caught Ganguly shot.

Well Ganguly has shown that he really means business and stood up. He will be a BIG STUMBLING BLOC FOR THE AUSSIES.Ganguly has also a point to prove to Greg Chappel who sacked him. And there will be no other better place than Australia to show it. Dravid demonstrated he can occupy the crease for long and keep one end going.
Its going to be tough. The picthes are bouncy and our batsman are not practiced on such pitches. We feel this as soon as we go out off the subcontinent. Despite having big names, batting does'nt click. Our batsman begin to get used to conditions after two matches.
Just like last year when Dada's was in digs and had to face the music, Dravid is accepting anything that is coming his way. He knows that time is running out on him and thus he has no other choice and accept opening. This is also another strategy that if Dravid fails he is automatically dropped for the second test and make place for Yuvraj/Karthick/Sehwag (2 from 3).
Till Ganguly became Captain, He was better than Dravid.
After Ganguly came to the team after losinf his captaincy, as a PURE batsman, he has better figures than Dravid.
If you do the figures comparison better Dada and the Wall, when both of them are playing, only as batsmen, under a different captain, whether in Tests or ODIs, Dada is far ahead of Dravid.
Dravid only out scores Dada when Dada was the captain.
In short, when the captaincy innings are taken away from both, Dravid looks pedestrian , compared to Dada.
Captaincy takes alot out of a player, SRT quit early, Dravid inspite of a lot of support from Chappell RAN AWAY from captaincy literally.
Dada is God of off side, I did not say that, Rahul Dravid did. And he is damn right.
Over to Dravid accolytes now, who will go nuts now, go ahead.....
Give a Surprise - Open with Harbhajan and Wasim - Allow Harbhajan to hit freely - if he clicks for even a quick 30 to 40 runs we will have smothered the new ball - a partnership of around 60/70 runs will the Aussies worried and thinking
If we lose Harbhajan it still doesn't make a difference to the Indians - after it will have only lost a Tailender

Innovative & killer idea! I'd love to see the Ausi faces, /w Harbhajan opening. It will be a big KLPD for them. lol...
