There is a saying in Tamil that even a worst clock will show correct time twice daily. This is true for Ganguly. The situation Dravid facing now is due to Bengal politicians and the Pawar group who inducted Dada even after he had an average of 17 from 40 matches. There after also he never batted as confidently as people are made to believe by media and Dada supporters. He got one century and then a double but after how many innings? No other cricketer in the world has had so many chances.. Even Dravid's poor form is due to the indifference shown by people who matter. Even in the concluded series it was Laxman with the max. average 129 but no one mentions his name. Is it because he is a Southie?.
In Pakistan's first innings, a dozen or so LBW appeals by Indian bowlers were all WRONGLY rejected by the umpires. Even if just one of them had been allowed, India would have won the test hands down. I think the ICC panel of umpires has been chosen specifically to ensure that Indian teams do not get fair treatment.
there are a few good players like Dravidam, Kumblem Sree-santh-kkanth-nath-am, Prasannam, Venkat-raghavan-patiraju-eshprasad-am but not-sarkar, Chandrasekharam, Abbey Gorillavillam, Badareenatham etc etc all Southindianam. The rest are bad players, like Yuvaraj and Maharaj, all Kars Tendul-gavas-Vengasar-agar-Sol-Manjre, Dhoni etc from Eastern states. Kumbulay is good but not Kamboolee. All Sings are bad except Rabin. This is the logic of Suman Bhat and his followers.
Welcome Suman! Listening to your sermons after a long gap! The pressure of captaincy did not allow him to concentrate much on his own batting. He will do that. You simply watch and clap. Thanks for appreciating Ganguly. You never appreciated any player except the South Indians. Someone yesterday suggested to rename Bangaluru as Gangaluru for the appreciative crowd who danced when Ganguly batted and also to commemmorate the unique feat achieved by Saurav. Thanks anyway for your change of mind.
in this o calld flat pitches dravids,jafers,laxmans and others failed while ganguly scoed.why not people apriciate his skills.i wonder.may be sheer jelousy.

great ganguly got his first double 100 after 11 yrs of int'l cricket hand needed 99 tests
congrets to ganguly for his maiden double 100 in 99 tests after playing 11 yrs of intl cricket ganguly should open the innigns in test also so that he can score more runs and centiuries. so yuvi can bat at No 5. In odis like sachin gnaguly wanted to open innigns by opening innings chance to face more balls and score more runs. gnaguly is considrered as bemgal tiger and he should not be afraid of facing new balls with shine is there and there will be more bounce with early morning due. ganguly should open innings with jaffer in against aussies

draavid is only ind player who won 3 icc awards, selected 3 yrs for icc test team and 2 yrs for odi team tootahless tiger not even nominated for any category so far still in top ten in icc test ranking
