Ganguly
by Notout_Naveen on Dec 12, 2007 11:05 AM

Ganguly played very well in this test series and looks to be in very good touch but this not enough he has to make amends in Australia by carrying this form to prove a point. In test cricket Ganguly was consistently inconsistent hope he has learned from his old mistakes.

Fans going ga ga over his last 2 outings are quite justified b'se his best form in test cricket began again after the 2 centuires he played at his debute he has never performed this good.

He will definately play 100 test which will give him more satisfaction on his cricketing career but he should consider himself to be more fortunate in this league b'se the players who have played 100 test for India were much better and class players than him.

I think Lawson (poor fellow) has been bitten by a mosquito and has Chikunguniya in his brain. Feel sorry for him.

If that was the intend, why didn't they bat more positively during their first inning? the point is Lawson is behaving in typical Australian fashin. They all love to talk..

I must say I like Lawson as a person and he was one of the very few gentlemenly Australian during his playing days.

bat? they batted well!considering against seasoned campaigners like bhajji and kumble!plus a huje total!they had to avoid follow on and minimize the lead.its not Lawson if it had been Lal chand he wud have said the same!but u wont understand

Lawson is simply talking coz he does not want another defeat. 220 runs lead with 8 wkts in hand is not a joke.

Are you counting on the umpires, Mr Lawson?
by Anil Kumar on Dec 12, 2007 05:55 AM

If the umpires favor you, as they have already hinted, your words will surely come true. Your team might just win this match and level the series. Until and unless BCCI protests about bad umpiring decisions against Indian players, these so called 'highly rated umpires' will keep destroying the morale (and careers, in some cases) of Indian players.
