Dravid's 190 is one of them. The next hight score was 76 by srinath..that too in NZ. And it is second innings.
Dravid regularly says..It is the best innings...
217 against ENG also..next top score is 54 by Sachin

pathan has scorred century, means scorring double century is not a great thing.... If he scors 200 at australia against aussies then only he is a gud batsman and we can compare with Sachin and dravid...

But it was a class innings by yuvraj. dada got 2-3 lifes (2 catches, 1 runout)

Sameer seems to be having a great apathy for DADA. Well DUDE, INDIAn team was united by DADA, Stood united with DADA until Chappell's whims, Dravid's AMBITION and the board's politics, ended the joyride. Just after the series win in PAK against PAK, the tides turned against DALMIYA and DRAVID aided by Raj Singh DUNG started getting ideas. Well PATHAN has scored a century then why not DRAVID? and Since you say Yuvraj's innings was class let's agree that Dravid should make place for Yuvraj :)

Hello Mister....Jasone Gelipse made 200* against Bangladesh but Ponting didn't do atleast 100 in that match. It doesn,t mean you need to replace PONTING by GELISPE. But the thing happened was GELILSPE was dropped from the next match.
Same situation happened for Ganguly after making 100 against ZMB

Hello Tiger's Fan....Dravid is making minimum of 30s when he is out form for one year. He is not giving his wicket to easily. He is spending hours in Crease. Have you ever seen any batsmen like Sachin, Saurav spending hours of time on crease when they are out of form......"We are not in form we will spend 10 mins in crease will make 10 or 15 , will out". That is the thing they used to play when they are out of form...That is the differance between DRAVID other players in the WORLD...

You don't understand an iota of cricket.Innumerable centuries had been made in Test Cricket to get a draw from certain defeat. It is amazing that when a batsman comeout at team's score at 64/4,stays at crease for two days, makes partnership of 300, 50, 170 runs, you half educated people bully him for what crime God only knows.Try to get yorself educated enough to earn a right to send comments. For your kind information Great Sachin's statistics regarding centuries vis-a-vis drawn matches are more poor. How does that matters with his geniousity? Ghatak.
Thank you Greg for dropping Ganguly and bringing fear to him. If you didn't do that he wouldn't be desparate and would be playing like this. He and sachin would be happy scoring 20 & 30s and collecting their fat endorsement checks.

You are just pathetic. That Greg Chappell was not even half a batsman when compared to Sachin. Not intrested in listneing to this kind of bullshit mate. Don't write because god gave you hands. Use your brain too.
India's next overseas tour will magnify the non performing- Rahul Dravid like they did when india played the one day series in india.
Playing against australia is dificult because they magnify your weakest link and at the moment Rahul Dravid is india's weakest link along with Dinesh Karthik.
Dravid failed in south africa and England. Now his best score is 50 in last 5 test inings against pakistan.
Yuvraj played the great knock and proved why he should be in the team for australia.
In teams best interest Dravid should open so we can accomodate Yuvraj as every other player in the middle order have earned their spot for the aussie tour.
If Dravid cant open then drop him....if he fails in the melbourne test...drop him..play sehwag as a opener and laxman at number 3 with yuvraj at number 6.
This will be a batting line up that can challenge australia.
TIME TO GO DRAVID---BUT GUYS PLEASE GET VIEWS OF KIRAN MORE AND GREG CHAPPEL---THEY WILL AGREE...PERFORMENCE IS THE ONLY CRITERIA...NOT EXPERIENCE.

The Grand Old Party's looking for Somebody who can lead Someone who is electable And adheres to our creed
Some say the group is not diverse They're white, they're men, but wait: The Dems have just one candidate; Republicans have eight
Rudy's leading all the polls But can he win the base? Mitt changed on abortion Hist'ry he can't erase
Ron Paul would end the FDA And that is just a start Fred has just begun to run But sure does look the part
Hunter tells us what to do In foreign policy debates Huckabee's compassionate And lost a lot of weight
Tancredo says "let's build a fence" Across the whole southwest McCain is loved by many And hated by the rest
Ganguly proved a point today against his detractors... the dirty tricks played two years back by Greg,Dravid and More were well and truly exposed today by Dada...with a splendid 239...
Now Dravid should be forced to retire from tests and replaced by Yuvi...this is expected because cunning Dravid has failed miserably both as batsman and captain......

Sourav was the best Indian batsman 1996-2000 till he took over captaincy and concentrated on nurtuing Sachin Rahul & co till he became the only runner up in the history of sports not to be given a second fling at the Champions Australia WC03 by dirty Aussie drunkard Chappal in collusion with Raj Singh Dung. Back against SA in Nov 2006 he has again led the Indian batting like his pre-captaincy days of yore when he batted unstoppably. He remains the greatest attacking bat India has ever seen with his 3 innings before 1999 rated as the 2nd 4th and 5th best by an Indian in Wisden. During his captaincy he mentored Yuvi Dhoni Bhajji Pathan who are going to be the greatest Indian players for next decade or so. Except the genius Sachin no other Indian can match Sourav.

Looks like most cricket fans do not understand the importance of Captaincy, and the burden it can be when done properly. It affected Sourav's batting, Sachin, Dravid, and many other great players excused themselves from it. Sourav & Dravid trust each other well, and many a times played roles together. Both of them were dropped from the teams post their captaincy burdens. Sourav has done such a great job as captain, that i maintain that we could afford him in the playing 11 even if he was not able to bat bowl or field. Indeed, during his captaincy though Sourav's form had dipped, India's improved. I think unneccessarily attributing their bad patches, to a rift between them is ignorance. Sourav is among the most classy batsman India have/had. Dravid is among the most reliable batsmen in world. I'm sure he too would come back.
