@hard hitter-- dude if u knw ckt then u must b knwng, out swinger s d most lethal delivery 4 a batsmen, an outswinger can get any batsman out hu s new 2 d crease, so YUVI is no exception, he might b jittery initially but he s amazingly talented 2 come evr tat small thing.. HE ROCKZ..

Agreed Yuvraj is talented bastman, but at the same time he has lots of flaws. He is always shaky when he comes to bat. He cannot play fast out swing ball ouside off stump. He cannot play quality spin balling with 100% confidence.

and the second opener with jaffer will be?????... o enlightened one, a test match team got to have two openers (batting, and not bottle)
Take dhoni and karthink out...include parthiv who has scored 700 runs in his last 5 ranji matches n is in great form as opener. He has been opening for his state too and yuvi at 6. Dhoni is an automatic in odi but i think he is not so great a test player yet....tough decision

he has performed against quality opponents like SA-A, ranji champs in irani trophy, also outside india unlike other paper tigers scoring in ind sub-continents only.

BUT PARTHIV CANNOT KEEP. THERE ARE OTHER BETTER BATSMAN THAN PARTHIV WHO PERFORMED IN RANJI. SO THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT PARTHIV. BUT WHY R U TALKING ABOUT PARTHIV. HE WAS DISCARDED FOR HIS PERFORMANCES.

NO NEED OF PARTHIV. INDIA IS DOING VERY WELL WITHOUT PARTHIV'S WICKET KEEPING. AND WE DONT NEED HIM AS A BATSMAN AS WE HAVE ENOUGH BATSMAN.

Correct. Jaffer and Dravid open, Laxman at 3 and Yuvraj in place of Laxman before Dhoni will be a good lineup.
With Karthik getting out early, Dravid has been virtually opening the innings against Pakistan anyway!
Yuvi's test record is not as good as the big 4's in tests but his inning today has made the point very very clear that include only those players who r in good form rather than who have the great records... If any of big 4 goes out of form he should be immediately dropped...

Rajkumar is the icon of acting,acted in 205 films,he has won DADA Saheb Palake(the greatest award a actor can get in India)warded doctorate by mysore university & national award for playback singing If dont have knowledge or open mindedness,dont comment.May be its ur imagination or probably delusion that ur great!

Who is Rajkumar? I think he's not known outside Karnataka while Saurav is known as the most successfull Indian Captain Ever.
U proved it Yuvi....Congrats....please have patience....there are many good Indian players who couldn't get the opportunity due to the continued presence of the seniors....
