Why do we still have this crappy form of cricket when there is One day and 20-20. I find it funny when people say "its a true test of character" . Thats complete bull plop ! You bloody play for 5 whole days and still no result. Everybody just shakes hands and there are no winners or losers. What a royal waste of time. There should be a bowl out at the end of the test match if its a draw.

Agreed.... its really a royal waste of time... I really wonder if we really need this game in this fast paced age.. They play for five full days and still endup mostly with a draw. Atleast the players get something out of their five days play.. but the people who watch this end up wasting five full days...
If reason behind accepting Vice-Captaincy was "he like Challenges in Life ", why didn't he accept Captaincy ? Because he himself mentioned that Captaining Pakistan/Indian team is a real challenge. Confused !!!

Captaining the PAK team is above 'Challenge' Category. Only Vice-captaincy falls within the 'Challenge' Category. Just kidding!!!

ideally b'lore aids spin, but bcos of the weather have to go with VRV Singh, else Murali Kartik needs to be in there.

Yes, I would also vote for Murali in place of VRV. We can use Saurav as the second paceman. Dont know about VRV, but he can defenitley be better effective than Munaf.
Its written ... that last time pak managed to draw second test. Actually they lost second test last time around(kolokata) , but managed to draw first one(mohali).

the only differnce is that Robin is south indian had he been north indian punjabi or marhatti he would have made it to eleven look at the mallu guy sitting out. All vicims of cast and regionalism. Go Team india

Uthappa is not fit for test matches, he is a hitter and gud fielder fit only for T20 & ODI. if you want local boys to play then ask Karnataka team to play with paki's. let go your rationalism at some point dude..

he managed nearly 900 runs in 1 domestic season[test matches] taht earned him a place in national side.. he can play test matches well.. but a sof now.. gautham is a better bet than him!!

since he is a mallu guy he is out..had he been a ghati guy...pawar would have selected him...robin is far better than other...had any south indian guy would be in the board he would ave been there..now no players from south are entertained...

shame on bcci's round robin policy.even kids know that it rains in bangalore, chennai et all during this time of the year. they screwed up couple of years back by hosting test match vs SL in chennai in Dec and it was washed away. It's time for those samosa filled tummies in bcci use some of their brains atleast now
