Regular readers of this forum may remember that I have expressed my apprehensions a couple of times earlier regarding how jinxed is Bangalore for us as a test venue. My fears are really taking shape now in the form depleted Indian side, bad weather etc. How I wish I should go wrong!
India should have called Avishkar Salvi . He is a fine bowler whose action is like Glen Mcgrath of Australia. He is accurate and holds line and length perfectrly.

Salvi is military medium pace...that's not what India needs [we have too many of them already].
If the pitch will help swing and seam bowling,it is a great chance for Irfan to book a berth to Aus.So also for VRVSingh who will probably play ahead of Ishant Sharma.Let us see what they have.A golden opportunity to play them and see how they go in a Test match situation. If it is really going to assist pacemen it is enough to play Kumble only dropping Harbajan to accomodate an extra paceman.Great chance for them to do well. Laxman,Yuvi and Dravid can fill in for a second spinner.Yuvi will play if Tendu stands down due to injury.Karthik will hold his place if Dhoni stands down due to injury. Then Gambhir to can have a go.Best way to see how to pick for Aus.

Why u people are not sportive. If Indians really deserve series win they will ..........no matter where the match is played. Doubts over ur so called great player's capabilities ??????????
...nothin new,actually....d ODI series shuld hav d been 4-1 in our favour, but Pakis made it 3-2....now, 2nd test culd/shuld hav been won but Pakis came back well...wont b suprisd if they play well enough to beat India in Blore to square series...sorry to say, but d Pakis without Umar Gul,Md. Asif r a pretty oridinary attak and if we cannot win even now then it shows our....anyways, if in Blore it seeams n swings it wuld b a good prepartn for our gr8 Indian batsman for Aus series...though I think they will be all at sea against Shoaib, if d wkts does a bit...let c!!

Dont be so pesimistic yaar, lets trust our players and hope that they perform to their potential and finally the better side wins.
This seems to be Indo-Pak Friendship series ! India winning ODI series by 3-2. Then allowing Pakistan to level the Test series ! Suddenly all fast bowlers injured ??
