Shaun Tait bowling fast to Matthew Hayden in domestic match is clearly an Australian strategy to frighten Indian team. They are very good at mind games and are trying to damage the morale of Indian team. Waiting till Ganguly and company hook them for sixes. Don't worry we'll do well in Australia.

I honestly feel that Dravid should retire from all forms of cricket. I am a great fan a him and will continue to be so. I want him to bow out on a high and doesnt want him to go out humiliated. Dravid's style of play nowadays is not suitable to all the three forms of the game (ODI, Test and T20). Dravid was the lynch pin of the indian batting wheel till late 2006. Enter 2007, enter T20 and the entire game changed. Peopl want everyone to be aggressive and play blind slogs rather than playing the ball by merit. Dravid's game will never suit these type of changes. Dravid was a slow starter in ODIs but adapted remarkably to the game and became a certainty in almost all ODIs featuring India from early 2002 till England series. Now that his reflexes are gone, and the situation became more demanding, he is unable to cope-up. I would give him a royal salute for the incredible commitment and his value-add to our Indian team. His services to our team is masterly. Dravid, please call it a day now and you will be remembered as the greatest No.3 in the history of the game.

The greatest no.3 in the history of the game should have been Laxman after his epic 281, but Dravid has seen to it that he languished and still doing so at no.6! Dravid's angry response to the spectators' applause in the same test showed clearly how jealous he was with Laxman. Dravid fully deserves what he is getting nowadays.

The greatest no.3 in the history of the game should have been Laxman ?? where does other greats from the world of cricket figure then???Thatz a spot where gr8s like Sir Viv and Inzy played so does other gr8s of erstwhile era

If there is anything that 'should have been', trust me guys, it 'would have been'. laxman is a good player buy if he has not been what he should have, probably, he was not supposed to be that. Everyone in life gets what they deserve and life gives a fair chance to all. Look at laxmans figures for tests and onedayers and you would know why is he not the greatest. Rahul dravid, the man who has scored 5 double hundreds, 24 test hundreds (dismissed 9 times in nervous nineties) , the only batsman to be involved in 69 partnerships of 100 plus runs in test cricket and the only batsman in the world to be involved in two 300 plus runs partnerships in ODi's (apart from 40 other 100 plus runs partnerships) speaks volumes about what a team man he is. Hats off Dravid, i am sure you will let your bat answer all your critics.

This is the greatest joke. He clearly mentioned in the interview that he was furious with himself and i clearly remember his words still He said "Thats the way i used to play and i wanted to show them (Media, because they have criticized him for his poor form) that". Please know in-depth about everything. If you compare Dravid and Laxman, undoubtedly, Dravid is the greatest

Don't be over 'smart". I know it is hypothetical now, but had Laxman been persisted with at no.3 by the powers that be after that knock of 281, I am sure you would be eating your words today!

As far as I remember, he said that he was upset because everyone was unfairly after the captain, i.e. Ganguly. And, that was the reason he reacted like that.

Isme hyderabad kaha se aa gaya, please refrain from passing regional biases in the team selections. If laxman deserves to be in the team, he will be in the team. As simple as that

dont criticized the matter. the fact is that laxman is nt goin to b in the oneday side. rather situation is like- if he could nt perform well in 3-4 test , he will hv 2 sit out for yuvi bcoz competition is very tough.
Hi all, I found that this guy called "sant gyanni" is a highly arrogant and cheap individual who keeps insulting people using foul language and abuses them for the region or geography they belong to. He uses cheap words and always tries to thrust his views on the readers. In an elite and educated forum, i think such guys should be banned. I have tried to answer him back, but i discovered that in that process, i am demeaning myself, as all that will have no impact on this guy. So i thought i will initiate this topic for discussion and let the group moderators decide what is best.
