it seems to me that warne is better than murali because out of 708 wickets murali took approx 150 wickets against bangladesh & zimbabwe as compared to 2-3 wickets by warne against same opponents.

In all context of words both are legends and continue to do so. They will feature in any world X1 team of any era if two spinners are picked. Bedi and all others who curse Murli are jealous of the prodigious turner who could perhaps even turn a ball on a smooth glass top.
