BCCI and bunch of jokers

Sharad pawar says "Nobody will come to watch oldies playing cricket"
I think he was talking about saurav ganguly playing against bangladesh for 40 overs and scoring 60 runs...
yes, surely I would not enjoy watching such players and i will not even pay a penny to go to watch such players.....
but i wonder why sharad pawar says nobody will watch old players playing...... as i know there is no sachin, ganguly or laxman in ICL.
so who is he refering to ?!!
Sharad pawar will milk BCCI for as long as possible and whenever he felt he is not going to win elections he is going to corporatize BCCI so that nobody else should be able to investigate into the way he looted the BCCI funds....
he surely is clever but he is pushing his luck too much ......
whats he done for the indian cricket...
the BCCI get hundres of thosands of crores and yet what has he done for cricket in india ?
how many cricket stadiums has be constructed, how many academies have come up ?
atelast last time around dalmiya was milking BCCI in a different way though (through ganguly's advertisement money) but except one ganguly the team wasnt carrying not many travelers with them but now "the fab five"
BCCI and its corrupt clerks know it for a fact that they are getting good money and would want to keep that money at any cost. so thats why they dont want the young players as the young players will not share with them thier advertisement money so thats why 'Sha' and co dont want to legalise ICL...

more and more

At least six more players have signed with the Indian Cricket League (ICL), according to sources in the cricket fraternity. Alfred Absolem became the eighth Hyderabad player to join, while Sridharan Sriram became the first former Indian player to sign on. V Devendran, the Twenty20 specialist from Tamil Nadu, and his team-mate Dakshinamoorthy Kumaran, have also reportedly joined the ICL.

Meanwhile the Hindustan Times reported that Shalabh Srivastava, Ali Murtaza and Avinash Yadav of Uttar Pradesh have also signed up with the ICL. It was learned that the ICL are in talks with several more of the UP players while those who have already signed have been asked to report in Mumbai, where Zee Telefilms will hold its first major press conference regarding the ICL on Thursday, August 23.

Now who is being greedy....
if Indian players does some extra advertisments people start blaming they are greedy and so on and so forth...

Now with these "youngsters" joining ICL for money is what to be called?????

Secondly, Kapil and all have been saying that they are not doing Packer. But now with news of Kallis and Imran Farhat declining the Pak offer to play in ICL is what to be called for ?

Surely this ICL would be breaking teams....and it was supposed to be helping Indian Team with finding new talent....

by approaching players like Rohan gavaskar, Sanjay Bangar and JP yadav what new talent they are finding????
Also by breaking career of some talent like rayudu what purpose are they serving.

Hi KC what do you expect with BCCI banning any player playing for ICL .. I think ICL is doing the right thing.. Hope it brakes the back of the incompetent BCCI who have not been able to find a suitable coach for the Indian Team.
BCCI wants youngsters where are they???? Still it is the same disgraced team of OLD WARHOSES who were rendered hopeless in the World Cup..
Indian Viewers are now on the upbeat due to some tremndous performance by the Indian team..
What happens to the Indian team when Tendulkar , Ganguly ,Dravid , Laxman retires.. Have we any replacement if we have then have they been tested.. No .. it is BCCI who is money oriented.. ICL from the begining has been a profit making organization..
What has BCCI done for the Indian Cricket???? Any new talents??? if yes who are those???? Lot of questions.. What more can you expect from BCCI who backtracks the words and actions they take ,, What abt unified contract for players?? What about restrictions on endrosements???? They are talking rubbish ,. it is time BCCI goes down to the Grave......

BCCI said in court that it is private body. Players represent only BCCI, not India. But still score card in matches played by BCCI team says as %u2013 India. They should stop this immediately.

Somebody should file a case in a court

Great News!!! I hope more and more younger Indian players join the league from their state teams. If this trend follows, BCCI will be forced to compromise with ICL.

Get the whole scoop on cricz.com as to how it would benefit Indian cricket

A good sign
by John on Aug 18, 2007 02:34 AM

This is a very good sign. professional league sports is the best way of enhancing sports. The policitian are stupid people who hold up the sports board and destroy the sports like Pawar, DasMunshi of football. ICL should show the path how professional sports can be played. Then other sports like hockey and football will follow. See how basball and footbal( not soccer) is managed by rich and professional and people. Paul Allan owns the SEAHAWK( seattle football team) and one of the best team in USA. So those nasty politicians has to go and professional like Subhash Chandra enter to sports to make any sports an enjoyable and profitable entity. It helps creating better players un like currupt Azharuddin type of player.
