They shud have opted for rohit sharma instead of dravid perhaps and handed the captaincy to dhoni, it wud have given some forst hand experience to dhoni for 20-20 world cup captaincy and also we could have seen the [potential of young rohit sharma.

Every senior player is being rested for some match or the other, which infact is a good move for the youngsters and also for Indian cricket team. But i do not see the logic of making Dravid play in almost all the matches. He was not rested for Bangladesh tour, he was not rested for long time now. Also its time we give some opportunity to Rohit Sharma, expecially in the matches like this which are not so important as i belive youngsters should be able to win against scotland.

yes you are right. Budda Dravid should have taken rest. When thinking of resting players, Dravid comes first in the list. May be he wants to imporve his stats as skipper. Or he needs some practice to pick up from lazy last test innings. I don't think he would compete with the young players in team now.
