Both (Shoaib and Asif) tested positive last year and the affect of drug remains till six months in their blood, that is the reason they haven't participated in WORLD CUP 2007, they simply said due to injury problems we are not participating in WC.
Now it is almost one year over, if u conduct a test, obviously the result comes negative.
Last week he participated in 20-20 over match, he gave 40 runs in 4 overs. This clearly indicates that Shoaib Akthar cannot perform well without the help of drugs.
PCB banned them for the postive result of drug and then returned favored on them for letting them play after they applied to court prove their innocent... @ I believe Pakistan is likely to become dangerous team in T20 with likes of Nazir, Afridi, Malik, Akhtar, Asif and many more. Let's hope to have good entertainment from Pakistan team
