prasad can only make Indian bowlers more slower n hittable. every cricket playing team in this world has atleast one express bowler except India. Prasad is gonna ensure tht we go into the match with 2 spinners and three lollypop slow bowlers.
infact prasad can learn a lot from the current bowlers. they are lot better than wht prasad was in his heydays.

Good players need not be good coaches as is the case with Srilanka. Dave Whatmore turned them into a match winner but have anyone heard of him before?
i think team india, will be old wine in new bottle. No change , no hope. Dravid should go first of all. HE failed to get anyone in the team to perform reasonably. Pawar Shastri Prasad Dravid is just an eyewash. Wait for Bangladesh (sorry now shall I say Kenya) so that our great guns will fire.Till then Team India fans can watch Australia win.
I don't why these big bodies of BCCI don't use brains. They appoint Prasad as fulltime bowling coach, When we the great Sir Richard Hadlee working in MRF Pace Academy with some amateurs. No disregard for prasad but I think sir richard is better

Sir Richard will not pamper the boys where as prasad will butter. Thats y BCCI chooses prasad.

Thats cos BCCI has done a face saving act and not a cricket saving act after the WC debacle.Prasad will be the earrand boy for the likes of Agarkar,Zaher,BHajan ,Sachin etc while Sir richard will throw the majority of them away for more reasons than one.
Prasad was the fatest Spinner in the Indian Team.. A pathetic athelete....poorest fielder...i wonder how guys make it to the indian cricket team & then become coaches....Dravid stop destroying indian cricket by ur state favoutism..first it was uthappa now prasad.. we needed some classic fast bowler like srinath to coach the team...prasad isnt even a medium pacer..
Leg spinners would be able to learn a lot from Venkatesh Prasad. But we don't have a coach for fast bowling and off spinners yet. We would need two more bowling coaches. My suggestion would be Anil Kumble for fast bowling and Atul Wasan for off spin.

Yes he has the Longesttttttttttttttttttttttt run up for a leg spin bowler.God save India from doldrums.
