Well, everybody wants to make money off of failing national team! Here you go...i am sure there would be more like this that would popup up in next few years.
Only limited leagues would make sense, if you over do it then it becomes useless.
So i support national level league but not like these local leagues. I guess it would work like college football in USA, let's how these guys pull it off...
RE:BCCI should recognise them.

To start off, I think they should play tennis ball cricket so more people can participate. Also that will help us recruit them for the pathetic Indian tennis team, too. We still have not won even a single Davis Cup. We have 1 billion people, come on.
