All said and done, the aussies are better than us. they have greater mental strength in crunch situations. their players are not over-rated like dravid and co., but man for man they are more talented than indian team. we may win a match against them once in a blue moon but it did not happen today. and this was a half-strength Aus team. only saving grace is aussies manage to thrash every team, not just india. our flat-track bullies like dhoni, sehwag, dravid will have a better chance against them on the subcontinent featherbeds during the champion's trophy though.
The indians have once again failed to stick to the basics of Cricket and thus had to pay a big price by not reaching the finals of the DLF cup.

I feel Indians and their coach has mistaken that cricket is played by team strategies and plans. They should understand that the game is basically played by a bat and ball which they should control first and leave the thinking part to the think tanks so called the strategists, managers, Selectors, etc.
In order to look forward to win world cup, Indians should now stop experimenting and should start practising the team game. Re-calling Saurav, Laxman and Kumble can be seriously thought but I guess it is too late to decide upon this.

The coming chompians trophy is in India.So our paper tigers will do well on their home pitches and make fool all of us.Then they will collapse like cat of cards out side.God only can save Indian cricket.
Indian loss the match due to their selection of 11 players. Instead of Munaf Patel playing in this match, allrounder IRFAN can be played. If he was left in down order batsmen he might have been another key player with Mongia to win this game against Australia. Surely he must have added atleast 20 runs without wicket loss, we might have won the match. So please select a fully used 11 players.
Finally dravid admitted after the match that top orders were responsible for debacle of the match, including himself. But I am sure, days are not far , dravid will speak more and put truth to the people, for shameful perpormance of the team.
The theory of chappell is bull shit and bogus and that's the reason of which India lost in the DLF Cup. the coach and the skip should be immediately sacked.
