Captain Dravid should lead by personal exampl. He was asked to open when Tendulkar was not fit. He should bat one down and has no business to open. Shevag and Tendulkar should open. He should be more communicative on the field. I admire the positive body language of Sreeshanth. Poor guy has been overlooked for Champions trophy. Is this the way of grooming a good fast bowler. Regarding Kaif he is just club class. He plays the ball as if it is a dynamite! He has no place in the team. When Sadagopan Ramesh was playing well he was dropped for no reason by the selection committee. Selectors should be sacked. They are not doing their job. Captain should have the final say in the team selection process.

it is need to practise to play against australia we have excellent batsmen but we dont know when they will fail so every batsman need to practise and viredra sehwag and mahendra singh dhoni had a great future they must should practise to stand the india on top of the rankings than india would have two dashing batsmen to build india strong all the best india practise well and get the world cup to all our indians proud of born in india
We have to win next match so no more experiment please. We have seen in last match our regular batsmen were just unable to handle the ball. So I think the position for the next match should be like regular-bating line.
As usual. consistency is lacking- when batting fails , bowling clicks and it has been the other way with west Indies. We cannot predict anything about the day's performance..... of our team....Nagesh.
The win against WI in the last game was a very narrow win for us and there is nothing to celebrate but it's something which needs serious thinking. Such a devastating performance will not at all help us to win the game against Australia.
I think this is the time, by the grace of Mr Chapell, to go back to the drawing board and understand who is what? It looks like by doing so many experiments Mr Chapell has actually forgotten the actual role of players. Any child can tell that Dravid is No 3 batsman. I am not sure whether he's doing all this intentionally. He has been successful to sack Saurav Ganguly who was a perfect captain (by his instincts and performances) for the Indian side. If we compare the number of opportunities given to Ganguly and Sehwag, Sehwag should have been sacked way back. In attempt to try hard to make Irfan Pathan an all-rounder, he actually lost his rhythm of bowling and on top Mr Chapell has made nonsence comment in the past that Pathan is down in confidence. Is this a role of a coach? I have never seen such a shameless person who is still staying as a coach of Indian team. Had he some decency, he would have resigned himself after bringing Indian team to such a level where we probably need to start from the beginning. We are nowhere in a position where we can say that we are preparing for thw WC 2007.

I am Vasanth.I aggree your opnions.you are saying that we can include ganguly instead of sehwag. i think it is not possible. Because in our cricket board they making politics.Atlease they can consider the ganguly's average.sehwag is not a consistant player.but my point is we can give opportunity for youngsters.I am not expecting neither ganguly not sehwag should get a chance. but indian cricket board has to realise the weakness of our side for that one they have to take steps.
