This should nt be a surprise to anybody or even if they walk away with the DLF cup for the simple reason that the team is consistently performing.dont u think indians r going out of their boundaries in experimenting with their batting line up....just think for a while y r they experimenting with the batting line-up,for the simple reason tht they need experience in the middle order.....can u find someone who has gt the experience of someone like sourav ganguly....?more than ganguly requiring a place in team its Team India which requires him.... untill the selectors realize this ....dnt b surprised even if they r knocked out of champions trophy at an early stage.

Hi I dont want to reply of some stupid comments but only figures will tell u sir i agree sachin was never a man of crisis for india that does not mean he is bad
he had won matches single handedly for india but you will not realise that. even today while wickets were trumbling at one end he kept his cool and got well compiled 67 which was key for india's win.
This is a lesson to so called legends of Indian cricket. When your team needs you what you have to do has exactly shown by Lara.He is always far more better batsman than Sachin in terms of technique class and above all performance. His few innings which he played in 1999 test series against australlia are un compareable and all that innings were come in presence of Aussies legend fast bowlers Mc Grath and Gillispie, not against kaspro and fleming like sachin did in sharjha.
Why can't our players deliver the reason is lack of basic cricket. No Indian bats man has footwork which should be of international level.Which doesn't reflects against weaker teams like srilanka pakistan.ButAustrallian exactly know ho and where to ball to this pseudo legends. Can't in 1bn. people our board find players find 11 players with basic cricket ok.Isn't this thing to be thought so as to improve our cricket.
The way West Indies won their match against Australia is simply remarkable. Our shameless coach will simply watch this from the sidelines and again train the boys in commando set up without having a proper game plan.If West Indies can beat Australia, why can't we? The whole team of ours is fragmented and lack courage to win.Why are the Indian selectors not sacking the coach Greg Chappel who has done much harm to the team.We as silent spectators watch West indies sail through while our boys who are out of form are still accomodated in the team as mere passengers, thanks to the patronage by senior administrators.Very sorry to say that a team like West indies beats Australia and we Indians at score of 35 for 5 dream to lift the world cup.Congratulations West Indies team, keep it up!
