by RALPH on Nov 03, 2006 12:43 PM

Greg Chappell has no other choice than to experiment because their is absolutely no consistency in our batting,if you call it batting.
BCCI could contact me for advise.

Chappel strategy
by Udai on Nov 01, 2006 10:58 PM

Hi friends,
Chappel is enjoying complete power, rather dictatorship. Now a new member in the list of Chappel's stooges. Dhoni is going to stay firm in the team until chapppel stays. Good move dhoni. Make hay while sun shines, huh. God save our team.

non-sense
by venkat on Nov 01, 2006 07:04 AM

What non-sense is this! Is a big event like champions trophy a ground for experiments. It is fine if you do some meaningful experiments. But going into the West Indies match with 4 pace bowlers(can they be really called pace bowlers??!) is shit! Why don't we play to our strengths which is spin, particularly on the home turf. Try and win every match and it will automatically get confidence in the team and the fans.

Dhoni supporting Chappel
by paul on Oct 31, 2006 10:26 PM

Yes Mr.Dhoni, this is the need for the hour. Afterall if you are not going to be in the good books of the coach you may face the sack like Ganguly, Zaheer, Nehra, et al. Under the present circumstances and the coach you have done the smartest thing!!

Dhoni, talk for the let down fans!
by Gillbart Kumar on Oct 31, 2006 10:00 PM

Dhoni, please speak from the Indian fans' point of view - not from that of the coach whose job is temporary! After all,you are expected to please & pacify our fans in this let-down hour and not the coach!

Chappell's pet
by TNC on Oct 31, 2006 09:11 PM

Dhoni is Chappell's pet - hence making such foolish comments.
Dhoni shd look into his own performance - in his 28 in the last game - he played poorly - unable to hit a single 4 except the last one. His days would soon be over.
