its high time that BCCI removes chappel, settle all his dues and wish him good luck.also give mr vensarkar a free hand to select the team.
bring back ganguly as captain, we need him. hardly any time left to satisfy personal ego, country comes first.
mr. dravid, stop playing politics and giving excuses. simply resign and go back to your original role -vice captain. no doubt you are the best batsman of team India, but unfortunately not a captain.
mr vensarkar- please bring back ganguly as captain for india\'s sake.there is still time.dont repeat what Mr.more and company had done. you very well know their capabilities. no match with yours. we all know that. so act accordingly and take a fast decision. include ganguly for the south africa tour and give him the time to settle down again.you are well aware of his class.dont get into dirty politics.
i dont think there wes anything seriously wrong done by the indians in the match against windies. i guess we should now accept that the conditions and dew during the match really helped windies batsman. if sachin was facing trouble in timing the ball i dont think anyone in the world can do. but windies didnot faced any such problem. AND I THINK INDIANS FOUGHT WELL........

Nice one Mr. Optimistic. You know what? People like you are like Cats. When a cat is drinking Milk, it closes its eyes and thinks that nobody is looking. Similarly, when you loose, you close your eyes and think everything is right.
Stupid dumb person, cant you see that nobody knows the looser. Remember the last worldcup?? Tell me where each team stands at the end of the world cup? Nobody remembers. They have to check the records, but every body remembers that Australia and India were the finalists and everybody knows that Australia was undefeated and India lost only 1 match prior to the finals. So buddy remember its no point just being one of the competitors, You have to be among the best 2 at most and Preferably the winner, else just dont compete.
We dont need your advice to be just satisfied by stupid logic. We need Results and that too positive winning results.
Chappel should be eating his words. Instead of talking about the West Indians, he should rather be concentrating on why the Indians have forgotten the winning ways. And more importantly, he should have the courage to examine his own role in it. The way in which his obstinacy, hackneyed ideas, and mindless experimentations have demotivated the Indian players is there for everyone to see. It's time the BCCI settled his accounts and asked him to pack off his bags and go back to Australia. Otherwise, it can have far more damaging consequences.
I think chappel is coming here to research purpose. Physion are applied his invented medicine/ vaccination to the varous animals if success there then applied it on poor people who are interest to accept the same against some monetary benefit. We think he comes from Australia for the same and our players just you can think from above the same and present boards are searching just like a half made not a full but fool.
Now the time to apply GPL on Chappel neither Indian team can not entered to quarter final in World Cup 2007.
So get out the idiate chappel from India neither see his magic.
i thing ganguly should be brought in back. he has the brain to make right strategy unlike Dravid. Dravid no doubt a class batsman but you need a captain to energise the team, bring in the confidence and calibre to get in to the field with a proper mix of players, which Ganguly has delivered as a captain.
Spare a thought for our Indian team. I think we are too harsh on them. They are all so busy securing ad contracts, signing up deals, visiting locations and what have you. So, what if they do not beat the Windies! Just look at their performances - Sehwag bowls beautifully, Pathan's batting is great... and did someone say Sachin is not a match winner? So what? He is an Icon anyway!
a short while ago i sent one response to india's performance yesterday. after reading about indian cricketer's behaviour as reported by Greg Chappel in today's TOI i am tempted to write again. the whole bunch is behaving like spoilt brats and should be treated accordingly.do they realise that they are accontable to the viewers because it is from the viewers that the revenue is generated for paying them? we are feeling cheated.
It painful to see the current state of the Indian Team under Chappel.The kangaroo hero was paid a lot to bring under a very stiff competetion among several other Indian Ex-Champs. Our team heroes still lack confidence, determination and consistency even after a year more than the Chappel's presence. Sehwag should be completed rested for couple of seasons untill he is consistent (like our pyare Dada).;). Team is not willing to afford Sehwag for one/two centuries (that too ofently) in 10-15 matches. Sachin cannot be relied nowadays, but to never to forget the privelege of playing with one of the Champions of Cricket. The middle and the lower order must be stabilised for any top order failures. Dravid and Greg must induce fresh faces like Robin Uttappa, Gautam Gambhir,Romesh Powar in future. Indian Bowling team totally lacks consistent bowler except Bhajji and Patan,there is no consistent wicket taking bowler(sometimes Agarkar). The Dravid captaincy is been absolutely good and its best in the history of the Indian Cricket team. The India vs West Indies match gave me faint hopes of India qualifying for quarter final place in the coming 07 World Cup and as well the Champions Trophy.
The team behaved predictably and lost yet another close match.
Show no mercy and drop all those who are not performing, be it Shewag, Pathan or Agarkar or any one else. It is not the cptain or the coach has to perform, it is the team.
Can't Pathan bowl a straing line when he started the ining and Agarkar when he bowled the last over?
It is time to rethink, if we have to win the world cup.
