In the article "Azhar's inclusion causes hassles", I find a team comprising the legends of cricket from India which includes a person with a surname 'Gavaskar' who has never test cricket for India, Ha played only 11 ODIs scoring 151 runs at an average of 18.87 and has taken only 1 wicket at an average of 74. If he is to be termed as a 'legend', then the organizers have to refer to the dictionary to know the meaning of 'Legend'.

Yes Mr Davis. these CCA thinks that Sunil Gavasker and Kapildev they r not cricekter, but they are film actors thats why their name is not in the cricket legend though they serve this country on high profile and brought world cup to india.

Banning match fixers

Hi...I do appreciate the contributions made by cricketers like Azhar and Ajay Jadeja. At the same time, I believe that they must face the consequences for breaching the trust of millions of cricket lovers. If we let them get away with it now, we will set a very poor precedent for future players and have to pardon them too. Harsh as it may seem, we have to do it to save the game from such scandals. If the players feel humiliated, that\\\'s fine. They just can\\\'t be so greedy and betray the country they represent so shamelessly. The behaviour of these idols is simply unpardonable. No, I don\\\'t think they deserve any mercy. It\\\'s time that all nations got tough with such match fixers. Loyalty to the country they represent is first and foremost. There is no substitute for it. When they behaved, the country loved them wholeheartedly. But whey they misbehave, they had better be ready to face the wrath.

azhar's inclusion is a treat to the legend
by prasad on Oct 26, 2006 11:36 PM  | Hide replies

azhar's inclusion is a treat to the legend at this time as the allegations put against him were not proved at all. there are many cricketers who still are behind the veil but were set clean. azhar was gem of a plaer in his days.
his fitness is at par any cricketer today.
at last, even if he was found guilty he is not gonna do that in this show match, right.
and one should never forget the success rate and the contribution he made to the indian team.....

azhar's exclusion

Indian cricket counsil will have to see more trouble for azhar's inclusion. I personally prefer that azhar must have to be banned for life and it is very sad for BCCI to go soft on azhar. Azhar and jadeja must be banned.

Azhar and jadeja are not give time to justify there position and they are blamed for no reason since it is not yet proved by any agence that this two had any concret role in match fixing

Why no one is asking why Ganguly has been excluded eeven in this team? Is he persona non grata for all teams and all times? Is it fair?

Mr. Balu allegation is not proved yet on Ajay and Azhar. They are Mulzim and not Mujrim. Mulzim can be justified and Mujrim to be punished. Both of them were, are and will be the greate player of Indian cricket.
If they are guilty or Mujrim why indian court taking so long to make judgement. Are they also planing to fix the judgement and waiting for any powerfull politician hand on the head of judge.
