I agree with you Mr Angshuman. The basic difference between the two teams were, you were not a stubborn coach like Greg and you had a great leader in Sourav Ganguly unlike the present spineless skipper like Rahul Dravid.
Anshuman's gotta make up his mind. Either the current team is bad or it will win the Champions Trophy! Both options are not possible. He claims his team in 2000 was better, which was runner-up. Then how can the present team present itself with a chance to win? Maybe Anshuman thinks that the other teams' quality has dropped....which is ridiculous. The problem is, Anshuman wants to hold on to both ends and finish in a win-win situation. That's not possible Sir!! Either have the guts to say that this team is bad and stands less chance of winning or say that the team management knows best what combination would suit the best interest of the team........Sometimes 'silence' in matters you are not involved in, is appreciated mate.
has anshuman bhai gone crazy. How shamlessly he says that his team was better.A team which could harldly win any match abroad, and he dares to say his team was best
I do not know what's going on as I see more and more Indian former players taking about "too much experiment". What is this ? You can't win without experiment and learning. Look at Australia. They don 't play the same. Don't blame too much experiemtn for loosing .. look at the record. Record was even worst before experiments. By experimenting at least coach and player himself discovering.
As far as Gaekwad goes, we all know what kind of player he was himself. In his says, he was so much scared of experiment was he didn't even take a single run for overs. He has record of slowest innings. That's what you get by not trying.
