ICC is a totally impotent organisation. The way it handled the recent Oval fiasco has exposed its capabilities. If Inzamam has been cleared of ball tampering, then why Hair has not been penalised for making wrong allegation. It is because of his allegation the whole controversy cropped up. Either Inzamam is wrong or Hair. Hair always behaves like a stubborn Headmaster. Any other umpire would have handled the situation tactfully. By the way, what was Match Refree Mike Proctor doing ?
