England needs to be patient. Its Pakistan from whom they are demanding compensation. To pay England, Pakistan has already forwarded a "payment request" to UAE and China. Once they receive their quarterly alms from the two, they can pay England. Hey Pakis, how about doling some dinars / yuan to us for a change. We still gotta reimburse the relatives of the innocents who died in the recent Mumbai train blasts.
