Board's decision.
by vijayabhaskar ramanadham on Jan 21, 2008 07:31 PM

Dropping Ganguly, board did wrong decision. It should reconsider it's decision in the interest
of the country.
Dhoni & Board may be suffering with the seniors
fever. To assert their positions, they are making blunders to avoid these top performers from team. It's higly ridiculous.
Sachin may be their next target.

Throw Politicians out of the Board.
by alifarman on Nov 21, 2007 02:38 PM

Dear Readers,we all know what is going on with our board(BCCI),I think Kapil is doing the best thing. From my point of view only retired players must be in the board because they knoe how things are.Throw out the politicians from sports.(BUT WHO CAN DO THAT)

Shame on BCCI
by Hansraj Chahar on Aug 06, 2007 02:09 AM  | Hide replies

Dear Rediff,
Why there is no article on the controversy going on to topple Kapildev and other cricketers who want to join ICL. Why you people are silent on it. Is not it your responsibility to ask Sharad Pawar to keep away from cricket. Why is BCCI so unhappy about the players who want to join ICL? Does BCCI think that cricket in India is their personal property? If BCCI think good of Indian Cricket they should encourage anyone who wants to help develope cricket in India and should infact donate some cash to such organisation. But it all about big belly of BCCI. This is really shame on the part of BCCI to talk like this. Cricket is not BCCI only and BCCI should not be end of cricket. I think Kapil is very much right and every one should have his discretion to make choice. Kapil is a Cricket legend and he always played for the country and not for his personal records. The only world cup India won was his team efforts. Indian Cricket was at its peak during his era. I think politician should keep away from playing dirty games as they always do. My best wishes to Indian Cricket and Kapil.

Dear rediff
i will be support to Mr Hansraj Chahar he is right because cricket is not private or seprate which is run by only BCCI. Mr Kapil Dev is the great player of the world & he is working for the devlopig cricket & want search the talent in youngers and i think so Sharad Pawar should be dismissed from the board because he
is want earn money only and doing politics in the cricket and he want self advantage only

The posionious animal Sarad Pawar & the Donkey BCCI ruling over the Indian Cricket. So How you expect that, there will be the mutuality rather than the pilitical crices ? Because the must posioneous Gongress Govt.putting the slow posion to Indian Cricket. The Indian Cricket belongs to theirs and not of India. So Haw the BCCI will get a silly shame ?
