I'm not for or against Shoaib and he must be punished if he was guilty of drug abuse. But it seems that his off-field activities are the reason to put him down. Now Kaul comes along to kick the man when he is down. I also think Shoaib is correct in that awareness of these drug related issues is very low in Pakistan. The PCB pointing out that he "drinks and has an active sex life" or Kaul making his allegations have nothing to do with whether Shoaib took drugs to enhance performance. This is just cheap sensationalism and a breach of the player's privacy.
Shoaib should realize that no one is bigger than the game they play. He should start respecting the sport and be grounded in life. Until then he will be his own enemy! In fact this applies to many of the recent palyers!
Look at this "He also said that he had told the drug tribunal that they should ban the supplements, which are available in the market before they ban him, according to a report by a news agency."......he sure is funny....he is acting like a politician.......are all Pakistani players funny like him.....
i dont know how people(kaul) for just some popularity hurt a person(akther) who is already in a big trouble of his life.u think a player on a end of his career and u are tryiny to push him still below just for cheal publicity.only senseless destroyers will do this
