Shame on your to call this ''Misbehave''
by ramprasad on Nov 24, 2006 09:13 PM

Come on guys, these guys acted totally irresponsibly with no manners. To call that "misbehavior" means you guys are watching too much BBC news or you need to improve your English.

I think next time Indian cricket goes to Australia, they should make a point to carry with them a truckload of Indian trademark cowdung, make them into balls and bowl them to Tendulkar. He will smash them into the crowd and into the VIP boxes.

Did Aussies Misbehave?
by Aussie fan on Nov 23, 2006 07:44 PM

OF course not! Talk about blowing things out of proportion!!! Here's my opinion on the whole issue --- The Indian media had to find some way to blame the Aussies after they beat India fair and square and not only that, but went on to win the trophy in India. This after Indians have said that Aussies can't win in the so-called 'final frontier'! So they go ahead and blow an incident like this out of proportion. Secondly, of course the Aussies would get impatient if they have to wait for so damn long on the podium --- it's only in India that presentation ceremonies take so long! And for the people who have called Powar 'honourable' that's a big joke in itself! So I'd like to suggest --- instead of calling the Aussies rude and spoilsports and always complaining --- look at the media and the Indian cricketers. Yes Aussies are aggressive on-field...but so is every other team! Do not in any way say India are free of any blame whatsoever!!!

did the austarlians misbehave
by nathan bratt on Nov 15, 2006 03:18 PM

according to me australian were a bit rude because see the tournament first was played in 1998,then 2000 and 2002 and 2004 none of the times they won it so after so many years they won the trophy and this time around they were eager and if u look back the had reached the semis 2002 and 2004 and this time they finally won it so in that process the excitment was so much that they didnt realize what are they doin and they are standing in front of such a big dignatory so that over excitment led to such a incident but incident was not good at all but we hope that such things dont happen in future

As poting has apologised it is for ICC to take any further action.Matin should be charged with offence for pushing and that will ensure that we will no more see him in India

What was the real intention....
by Sreeraj on Nov 12, 2006 04:22 PM

When the people were really suppossed to think what kind of a team is india, which did not even come to the semis in home land, people were given something else to think....
Was it that big a issue or was it made one...to hide the blushing faces of our paper tigers...

Any way some MNCs have some hope left...they say team would come back again....
Don't really know what others think....
