I totally agree with the comments of Malcom speed... Our board is worried only about money like our players they dont want to win.. They just want to make money and enjoy the life...
Sooner or later, somebody was bound to point out that a country of 1 billion could not win a WC in 24 years. Yeah, we reached the final in 2005, only to be thrashed by a country of ... 20 million. I hope the BCCI does not continue this ridiculous farce of trying to save face in an argument they cannot possibly win.
I totally agree with Malcom Speed's remarks. The way the elections of office bearers are conducted, court cases filed against one another and supreme court asked to interfere and appoint an observer, the ex chief election commisioner etc are not auguring well for the BCCI. why should we talk about the english board. It is not administered by politicians and they are also not accumulating money. They don't have sufficient talent in cricket and more people take to other sports like soccer and even hockey. But cricket is a paaion for the whole nation and we go crazy about it. In that sport the performance is dismal of late, due to favouratism and wrong selection. Talent is not recognised and favouratism is rampant. K.Viswanathan
Shetty is absolutely right. Speed is really crossing his limits now a days. He has no right to tell how Indian cricket team is performing. England's cricket team ia a joke now a days, every body know about this. Except recent ashes series which they won out of luck England has no significant role in International cricket at this momment, They are really considered as cricket minnows at this momment. If he really wants to give suggestions about the performance, he needs to give his valuable suggestions to England cricket board not to Indian team. He should accept the fact that BCCI plays a major role in expanding cricket and ICC is dependent on BCCI at this momment. It is better if he does his CEO duty properly rather than involving in other team's internal matters.
