I find it is unfair for many Indain that can't afford to have dish receiver or cable network.....
This is national team match and all Indian should be able to watch the match without having commercialization propoganda on this.... and it is said in the constitution that one of the goal of Indain government is to achieve "Equal Distribution of National Income".
I don't think this can be achieved when the basic infrastructure and the basic rights are made equally avialable to everyone.
The match of the "National Team" is being commercialized & this is violating one of the basic rights...
We are paying tax and hence it should be made available to us.....at the most convinient means....

i am from chennai and i am a die hard cricket. but i won't be able to see the matches.how would it be for u if the whole nation is watching it and u could not? because of some heartless idiots we are not able to watch many things.we watch all forms of games and not only india-pakistan matches. people are not bothered about us because it is only a small section of india. but it also has very sensible fans.why are we be denying the treat. curse u people who gave the verdict. u all are heartless,selfish. if u or your children suffer like us, u wouldn't have done that.
Door Darshan should never be allowed to telecast any sports event as they are more interested in earning revenue from advertisements than to show quality sports content.
If a channel spends millions in obtaining the rights for the telecast, then there is no way DD can claim their right to telecast matches due National intrest.
If DD was really bothered about National intrest then why did not DD buy rights for the telecast themselves?
The reason is simple DD needs make millions without spending a penny which was seen once during Indo-pak series in Pakistan.
It was totally unfair work dobe by DD during Indo-pak series in Pakistan where they took the feed from Ten Sports and incorporated their own Ads in the telecast by which DD made millions without spending a penny.
Due to the final judgement of the Supreme court millions of Indian cricket fans miss the Windies tour of India. Ofcourse DD will understand the importance of quality and technoly in the broadcasting due to this judgement, but millions became unlucky. Now a days DD is fond of only advertisements. They are giving importance to the advertisements and not to the broadcasting. They are not bothered about the fan's reaction or sadness when he misses an action. When we are watching cricket through DD we have to see more advertisement. They show advertisements when a player is injuired, when the umpires take the new ball,etc and continue it for a long time. In most of the times we will miss a ball or a great moment. So this is a great moral for DD. Due to this judgement we can that they may come to aware of the importance of the quality of broadcrasting and its technology.
