If the selectors and the administration exhibit short-sightedness and starts playing petty politics and rotating players, it would be a bad idea. Otherwise, longer term for selectors would be a good idea.
A good move.But to extend the term of the present bunch of jokers is uncalled for.These jokers by their acts and deeds have made it clear that they are totally biased and one of the jokers have even gone to the extent of earning by use the office of profit(hobnobbing with the Foreigner- present coach) and by wearing Team India T shirt have tried to create a brand and promote himself.As a matter of fact selectors should be impartial like judges of the Court of Justice. Hence only after implementation of the suggestions of the committee consisting of ex cricket stalwarts(set up by BCCI) for selectors, this 3 year tenure should be implemented. To extend the term of the present bunch of jokers will simply be a disaster for the game in India.
