I wonder why Kumbley inspite of consistently outstanding performance with ball in terms of wicket taking and economy is being consistently ignored fr one dayer. He has always been a safe fielder and his batting has also been improving.
At the same I wonder as to why Harbhajan Singh is being retained inspite of consistently damp squib performance.
The selectors pulled another surprise. (5) seamers? Why do we need Agarkar in the squad? Should we look to the future with Piyush Chawla? Is Agarkar the future? Venugopal Rao? This would have been a good place to try Laxman's experience.
