Whats the big deal? He hasnt been playing active cricket for long due to injury. Once he is in actively, it wont take him more than a Month to bounce back in top 10. He is the best !!

Every person in the world knows that he is not playing; if he is not playing, of course he will slip out of rankings. It's almost like saying Kapil Dev is not even in top 100 of the current test ranking.
