I am a great fan of Jayasuriya. In 1995 triangular series between india, srilanka, and pakistan in Singapore, i first saw this man belting pakistan's great pace duo of wasim akram, waqar younis and indian pace attack as well to all parts of the ground. He not only played these bowlers with ease, infact belted them to all parts of the ground where he created history by reaching his fastest fifty. Still at this age of 36, he has shown the same stamina and power and i just couldn't afford to miss him play. He is the greatest allrounder and an entertainer with both bat and ball. harrison

I am totally agree with you but that series played in the year 1996 and W.akram wasn't played in that series In my opinion he is the one of the most explosive batsman in cricket before 1996 normal cricket was going on but after1996 because of jayasuriya we have seen some exiting cricket because every team need a player like him
