In spite of the five specialist bowlers India was found wanting in bowling strict line and length.One cannot understand the logic of the same given that almost 400 plus runs were scored in each innings of the day by the opponents.One can't explain how inspite of the having five bowlers Pakistan attained a run rate of four plus?.I hope even with the limited bowling options India may do well if the do their basics right i.e. set a one day field in tests and strangle the opponent for runs.I think if the batting is the only option there let India make the better use of it.
Agreed it was a heartening performace by R.P.Singh, but Dhoni should have been the MoM. He literally saved the match for India, had India collapsed then, even on this flat pitch, we would have faced defeat.
